Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand, including PO Boxes.
  • We will not deliver to any address outside of New Zealand.
  • Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZ dollars.
  • Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
  • We will deliver your order to the Ship To address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
  • Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking details to the email address supplied on your Order Confirmation.
  • We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 10 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
  • If an item is delayed and will not be dispatched within the expected timeframe displayed for the item when it was ordered, the item will be backordered. You will be contacted via email and advised of an updated dispatch date, if available.
  • You have the option to cancel backordered items, please contact us to do so, otherwise we will keep your order open and dispatch when all items are available.
  • The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery of your goods.
  • Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
